WHAT WE DO
W4L provides personalized workout and nutrition programs with support, guidance, and feedback to help employees track progress towards their health goals, including occasional “how-to” advice.
REQUIREMENT
Employees who participate in the program must check in with their mentor bi-monthly and be truthful in their communication, with accountability expected for following through with their commitments, to allow for adjustments to their plans.
EMPLOYER COMMITMENT
Employers must pay a monthly fee of $80 per enrolled employee, with discounts available for larger numbers of participants, in increments of 10.
