The W4L REVAMP’D program is broken down into three parts: Training, Nutrition, and Accountability. Each part goes hand in hand, offering the best RESULTS POSSIBLE to HELP achieve your fitness needs/goals.
It’s a MONTHLY program. The cost is $550.00 a month per person and includes a WEEKLY nutritional program, a MONTHLY workout program, and WEEKLY check ins via email, FaceTime, Zoom or telephone call. YOU MUST CHECK IN WEEKLY with pics and one of the communication channels as well! All programs are “Living documents” which are subject to change more than what was stated earlier, depending on progress or lack thereof! This is a very demanding program with the workouts and nutrition, our #1 Goal will always be your HEALTH first!
Before pictures (Front/Side/Back), 3 days of your current nutritional intake (foods eaten) along with the times you ate. Send a list of your FAVORITE foods and foods you CANNOT eat or ABSOLUTELY don’t Like! Make sure you send a list of any Medications, Herbs, Vitamins, or Supplements you are currently taking. Also, provide a list of any injuries, or limitations you have. Include what you are currently doing for workouts and cardio, if any. We will need to know your current weight, height, measurements, and your goal. If your goal is unrealistic or something we at W4L do not think we can help with, we will let you know. We REQUIRE updates every week with current progress pics.
